Join us virtually on June 11th from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the Certified Ambulance Documentation Specialist (CADS) course—the first NAAC certification designed specifically for EMS professionals, including EMTs, paramedics, and those involved in patient care, compliance, and billing. This 6–7 hour, in-depth training focuses on improving clinical documentation, consistency, and defensibility across EMS agencies. Earning CADS certification demonstrates a commitment to high-quality patient care while enhancing professional credibility, supporting career growth, and strengthening organizational performance. The course concludes with a final exam, and certification is valid for life with no annual renewal required. Registration closes May 31st.
The EMS Leadership Academy held this year from June 15–19, is a 40-hour, immersive training designed for rural EMS leaders at any stage of their career. Hosted with support from MCRH and facilitated by SafeTech Solutions, this hands-on experience goes beyond traditional classroom learning—focusing on real-world leadership, culture building, and practical problem-solving. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, peer collaboration, and scenario-based learning to strengthen their leadership approach and support their organizations. Tuition is covered by MCRH, with meals included. Space is limited, and participants are selected through an application process.
