Alli Burke is a Critical Care Paramedic and the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Programs Manager for the Michigan Center for Rural Health (MCRH). With 11 years of full-time experience in rural EMS before joining MCRH, she brings firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities facing rural EMS agencies.

In her role, Alli partners with EMS organizations to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop practical, sustainable solutions that strengthen agencies and the communities they serve. She is passionate about helping organizations leverage collaboration, research, and data-driven decision-making to improve operations and create lasting impact.

Her areas of expertise include employee engagement, data analysis, recruitment and retention, stakeholder engagement, program evaluation, and strategic planning. She also supports a variety of initiatives that advance rural EMS and enhance organizational effectiveness.
