The EMS Leadership Academy held this year from June 15–19, is a 40-hour, immersive training designed for rural EMS leaders at any stage of their career. Hosted with support from MCRH and facilitated by SafeTech Solutions, this hands-on experience goes beyond traditional classroom learning—focusing on real-world leadership, culture building, and practical problem-solving. Participants will engage in interactive sessions, peer collaboration, and scenario-based learning to strengthen their leadership approach and support their organizations. Tuition is covered by MCRH, with meals included. Space is limited, and participants are selected through an application process.
