Improving Veterans Access to Healthcare

I-REACH (Improving Veterans Access to Healthcare) encourages health care facilities to screen for military service by asking, “Have you or a member of your household ever served in the military?” Providers can play a vital role in ensuring Veterans are fully connected to their earned benefits. I-REACH provides resources and training that will assist providers in better caring for those who have served, their families, and their caregivers.
