The Michigan Center for Rural Health works with certified Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) throughout Michigan. This includes provider-based and independent RHCs. The Rural Health Clinic program is intended to increase access to primary care services for Medicaid and Medicare patients in rural communities.

The Point of Service Collections Trainings are designed to equip clerical staff with the tools necessary for success. These two-hour sessions cover industry perspectives, current challenges, organizational and patient benefits, practical skills, and Q&A. Attendees will leave with confidence and practical scripting to effectively communicate financial expectations to patients.
